| CRISIS OF INSTITUTIONS AND OF POLITICAL SYSTEMS |
An important area of LSC activity is the study of the crisis of institutions and of political systems in relation to the governance of contemporary societies.
In this regard, and within the School of Sociology and Human Sciences, the LSC recently started up a study programme on themes such as: constituent processes; consensus-building in contemporary societies; training and selection in political leaderships; Italy and Europe’s role in the international context. This programme will provide materials and ideas, amongst other things, for preparing the celebrations for the thirty-year anniversary of Aldo Moro’s death. These are being organised by the Accademia di Studi Storici Aldo Moro.
